Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight being purchased.

To avoid postal transit delay and cause any unnecessary disputes, DHL is strongly recommended for delivery. You may track the item 24 hours a day online with ease and a peace of mind. In the event that any trouble occurs during the transit, the staff at DHL are extremely helpful and making sure customers will get their goods in hand.

Registered Air Mail Service are offered at customer's choice; however they cannot be tracked and transit time to certain countries may be prolonged without particular reasons. We are unable to control the transit process after dispatch at the post office.
( Since some of the Customs in the European countries including UK, France, italy, Brazil and Germany ... may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks.)


 3. How do I return or exchange an item?
Should there is any problem with the goods, we offer exchange or refunds.
Buyers should contact us before returning the goods as soon as possible in their original conditions at the buyers expense.

An email will be sent to your email account once the goods are despatched. The tracking number will be displayed in Order History of your account.

All goods purchased from us will be marked as private or gifts. The declared value will also be lower than its actual amount.
Goods being shipped from Hong Kong are not levied for taxed by the Hong Kong customs. However the destination countries may have a different policy on import tax, buyers are responsible for the import duty or any local tax where applicable.
